A consultation is required before starting any service. Clients may choose between a free virtual consultation (via Zoom) or an in-person consultation for $15.
During a virtual consultation, you’ll need to be able to show us any important areas of your home or pet care setup so we have everything we need beforehand. The in-person consultation is ideal if you’d like us to see the setup directly and meet your pets face-to-face.

This includes two hours of care in the evening and one hour the following morning, with arrival and departure times tailored to your pet’s routine and your preferences. PLEASE NOTE: For households with both a dog and a cat, rates remain the same—just select ‘Dog + Cat Check-In’ when booking. A $5 fee applies for each additional pet after the first two.

Our dog walking services include 1 dog, with a $5 fee for each additional dog on the same walk. For all other services, such as check-ins and overnight stays , the base rate includes care for 2 pets.
When you click the “Book Now” button, you’ll be directed to our secure client portal, TimeToPet. There you’ll create your profile, add your pet’s information, and request services. Once submitted, we’ll review and approve your application so you’re all set to book.
